Dr. Shashank Gupta
He is a knowedgable and extremely professional doctor that takes passion in his work and pride in the hospital where he is chief. He likes people who follow rules and procedures and does not care for unbehaved, rude and otherwise ill-mannered individuals. He is a caring and compassionate person but also feared by his interns.
Dr. Keerti
She is a doctor at the hospital Shashank directs. She takes the new batch of interns going through medical schools and they work directly under her and report to her. She abides by the rules and is strict, but under all that, she is a genuine person.
Dr. Shubhankar
He is a fun loving guy who loves to laugh and cure his patients. He is not a stickler for the rules, but likes to make people happy. He is a bit silly and gullible but everyone loves him. Nobody's afraid of this doc!
